As some of you may know, we have retired from Herring & Robinson Book Bindery. We had owned and operated this business for more than 45 years.  

As we were going through our inventory we came across many childhood collectible comics that we have collected for the past 50+ years. We have bound all of our comics in to Bound Volumes. 

This is our Private Collection of approximately 800 bound volumes. We feel it is the right time to sell off these collectibles. The product is very unique and it will be harder and harder to get this quality of binding as the industry is changing.

Our binding is of the highest quality. We only use Library Binding Institute Standards. All of our volumes are hand bound. We use an Oversewn Method of binding. This is considered to be the strongest and most durable binding in our industry. We Round and Back each volume, which allows the book to lie flat while open. However, in a few volumes, the paper is so stiff the open book will not lie flat. All binding is NEW. The finished product is AMAZING. The care, design, color of material, along with the 100’s of dies used to create the finished products is of Excellent quality. We are very proud of our collection. 

The quality of the comic issues in the bound volumes are the best quality we could find. The majority of our comics are in Very Good to Excellent condition. Some of the older comics are in good to very good condition. And, we hope you will be happy with the results.  We have been fair in grading these comics ourselves. 

We have included all front and back cover including ads. We have done our best to avoid torn pages and other flaws in these issues. However, some may get away from us. Please look at the descriptions to see if any flaws are listed. We have been as open as possible.
